We recently stayed at a hotel that we thought was going to deliver, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. the location didn't meet our expectations, and it's definitely not as advertised. the room was small and cramped, with no view at all. the breakfast options were limited and unappetizing. the only upside was the friendly staff, but that simply wasn't enough.
It's unfortunate that we didn't have a great experience at this hotel. the bathroom facilities were dirty and lacked basic supplies and toiletries.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our spacious room and the relaxing onsen.

Our New Year's experience was simply incredible. The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, overlooking the sea made for stunning views, especially at sunrise. The room was spacious and comfortable, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The hot springs were definitely the cherry on top of our stay. We loved how relaxing, refreshing, and peaceful the atmosphere was. Another amazing fact was the different dishes offered in our meals which matched perfectly with the occasion.
Our experience was amazing. However, we would have loved it even more if there were more local attraction recommendations, though the location already helped for natural sightseeing.

the check-in process was smooth, and everyone was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay. Dinner served in our room was a unique and exciting experience, and we were pleasantly surprised by the onsen's relaxing atmosphere. the complimentary gift we received upon departure was a thoughtful touch. the staff was courteous and accommodating, and we would recommend this place.
the only minor inconvenience was the location, which was slightly off the beaten path.
